Irene T. says: The first day the kitchen cabinets were delivery, I already saw multiple problems. The cabinets to built the island had no footings and one side of a cabinet was shorter than the other side. The plywood on the back of one cabinet was curve, not straight. Then all the cabinets that has two doors have huge space gap. AHKP's employee and manager came to see the problem and what they did was placing wood chips behind the hinges so the gap became a little smaller. We did not accept the wood chips manipulation and found out later that the hinges was the wrong size. I saw so many flaws on the cabinet's doors so I requested to return, but they want 25% stocking fee and told me they will fix all problems later when I install the cabinets up. That was far from the truth, what they did only was actually bringing an employee over and just tried to hide all the flaws by touching it up with paint. Found out later some cabinets were orange tone and different from other cabinets color of antique white. The paints on the cabinets also started cracking the first year and more later after the 1st year of purchase. Very bad customer service which they ignored all my emails. They pretended to help because I actually came down to the warehouse with some major problem doors multiple times to get it resolve, but in the end, nothing was resolve. Their excuse with all the problem doors were that the installation was done because of unprofessional installer(which was untrue), but the flaws exist before anyone even touch the cabinets and how you explain different color cabinets, missing color linings, and drawers not closing properly. They are the true unprofessional people with giving me cabinets with no footings, design of island was wrong, pantry with pull-out on the wrong side, missing pieces of wood to connect the crown molding to the cabinets, wrong size of crown molding, wrong size of wall cabinet on top of the fridge, etc. AHKP have no business ethnics and customer service is non-existence after they got your money in full.
