Patti H. says: This complaint was filed in August. Direct TV has never contacted me to resolve the matter. The Direct TV dish is still attached to my house. Nothing has been resolved.
What is the process you use with Direct TV. How can this situation just be ignored. Does anyone else have the right to damage another's real estate property? Is Direct TV not accountable for their actions?
