Muhammed A. says: BECAUSE BOTH 'ASSOCIATIONS' EXPLOIT THE MEMBERS ON AN UP-GOING PATTERN OF WHAT BOTH CALL 'ASSESSMENTS', A WORD WHICH ACTUALLY MEANS ESTIMATIONS. MOREOVER , I DO NOT BENEFIT FROM THE FIRST ASSOCIATION WHICH CHARGE ME THOUGH ITS SERVICES ARE MEANT TO THE HOUSES THAT OVERLOOK A LAKE ,AND WHOSE OWNERS HAVE YACHTS AND BOATS, WHEREAS I DO NOT HAVE ,NOR AM I ABLE TO HAVE THIS PRIVILEGE. AS FOR THE SECOND 'ASSOCIATION', ITS SERVICES ARE POOR, AND CAN IN NO JUSTIFY ITS SO-CALLED HIGH 'ASSESSMENTS.
