Lois L. says:
Sears management and customer service is a joke. They are rude and can't answer a simple question. They do not return calls, no one from sears returns calls. They do not stand behind their products or name. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will never step into a sears store again. I have been in customer service business for over 35 years and never in my life have I treated a customer the way I was treated. Even the corporate office do not return calls. SEARS IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE
