they are a piece of shit and so is little slut tiffany who is the one answering most customer service calls and answering emails. this is a scam outfit and is not a member of the BBB nor any chamber of commerce in any city they are in. I have complaints with the AG and BBB in both Michigan and my state. I have also put in a complaint with the FBI's IC3 internet fraud division and that is what this is, is fraud. come on people put in all the complaints you can and hassle the crap out of this weasel company.

Promised improved service. Had local offices. Shortly afterward: local offices closed, service got worse, more than better, then national phone number only answered certain hours, no listed Email addresses on website, no off hour service, disconnection "for 3 month nonpayment" while full paid up. When I finally fired them. They hit me with $150 early termination fee, even though they failed to provide service on a regular basis. They said that they would pick up the modem, 7 weeks ago. No one has even shown up. I offered to send it back to them, they weren't interested. I have heard that they will likely bill me for it eventually. I talked to a bill collection person that I came across at work, they told me that they knew of Speedconnect, they weren't impressed with them, and to not pay them for it. He said: "If they want it, they will arrange to get it." Worthless fraudulent company. Now offering Satellite service, DON'T DO IT.

Like other reviewers I have dealt with unstable service. Like, dropping completely nearly every day. I work from home and this causes serious issues. Most recently, in addition to terrible internet service I have dealt with horrendous customer service. Payment made in late August for September was cashed but Speed Connect states that it wasn't deposited into their account--EVEN AFTER PROVIDING A COPY OF THE ENDORSEMENT WHICH MATCHES PREVIOUS PAYMENTS AND MY NEXT PAYMENT, which I had already sent via my bank. Now they turned off my service even though they were researching that payment AND an additional payment was made. They 'restore' service after speaking to upper management and miraculously they can 'now see the internet is working' but I can't connect. I have explained a million times that I work from home and lost an hour yesterday, the ENTIRE day today, and only god knows when they will show up tomorrow. When calling to see if there were any updates (i.e. schedule change that may allow quicker service by a tech), my husband & I both spoke with Tiffany, who was snippy, would not allow us to talk without interruption, and downright rude--'I set it up and told you it'd be tomorrow, so it will be tomorrow'. If there was a single other provider jn my area I'd switch without delay. I guess the only way they stay in business is by being the only option in remote locations because it is most certainly not because of good business practices.
