Ryan R. says: Thank you for reading this. I am a Homeowner in good standing in Sunrise Lake of Milford, PA. I'm an educated individual with a background in Human Services and property management. The statement I make is true and will hold up in the court of law.

I would not recommend trying to understand this unprofessional POA. The community at Sunrise, for the most part, keep decent looking households. Sunrise Lake POA claims to follow thru on complaints; my experience they never become fully resolved; never. Check to make sure you purchase a home here that is in good standing. If not in good standing with the POA, all they will care about is filing against you and putting in the smallest amounts to a collection agency the rest of Sunrise Lake's home owners have to pay for to resolve. The office will not try to resolve anything, they don't have the background or appropriate knowledge to do so. The president, Mr. Dingman, wasn't supposed to be President for more than two to four years. We are on year seven now; what gives? Conspiracy of Mr. Dingman, who used to work for local contractors, helping his friends? Let us find out in court.
