Patsy D. says: ER is not reliable...they profile patients. Family member went 4 times in a month. They were dismissed, yelled at by Dr, accused of lying to them and went untreated. Last trip she was bleeding A LOT, they looked up her past records of over 1 year and profiled her, accused her of using. She has a gallbladder that needs to be removed and now possible, severe, life threatening issues with her thyroid. She deserves better than this and Twi. Cities needs to be gotten rid of or at the very least change in Drs and Hospital Management. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE DISMISSED, PROFILED OR TREATED LIKE THEY ARENT HUMAN. Their attitude, lack of empathy goes against their claim to "cause no harm." They are setting themselves up for a malpractice lawsuit and I hope my family member cleans house when it happens.

M L. says: My mom was taken to ER and was treated with disrespect, yelled at by Dr Koch ( ER physician at the time) .
When I take my dog to the vet, we get 100% better treatment. My mom was not a dog. Dr. Koch, really need's to change he's profession. When someone becomes a DR, they swear to treat any person with respect and care.
She was 87 years old and very frail. The treatment she got from DR. Koch was inhuman and unprofessional.
I would like to talk to the head of the Twin City Hospital to state my case and maybe not have another person/patient
go threw this kind of treatment. We're all humans and we should all be treated with respect.
I don't want to sue or go to court , just let someone in charge know what's happening @ Twin City ER.
Sadly , my mom did pass a month latter. My email is bellaciaoslo@hotmail.com
