I am sorry to say that men seem to get taken advantage of by the child support services set up to help families. I have seen the negative affects of that with my husband for the last 17years. It is a shame that women can file for free but men seem to need lots of time and money to fight the injustices done to them. My only advice is to collect copies of everything you can from banks, courts, and child support services. Many courts have a law library that can be quite helpful but Good luck to you.

You can go back on your Banks microfilm and ask for a copy to send you for years back. It will show amounts and dates. Also any witnesses. Present this. Any notes on calendars of show and pay dates and your book keeping. Banks will send check copies as well. You can win this.. they will have to pay you back. If the Mom is spending it all.. a reminder of an impending pay back. Copy and present it all.
