"Bently West hired 911 Restoration for mold remediation. Thy did not complete the job and did some damages to my personal properties such as Kitchen cabinet, Plumbing, Dish washer and breaking some glass jar. Mr Paul owner of the co. came to see the damages and left a message on my office message center which they will correct the problem. Know they telling me go to court and good luck to collect."

  • We were hired by the HOA of this property. We were informed that this tenant is difficult and has caused problems with everyone in the complex and on the board. Please see attached detailed letter of what happened, invoice showing credit for this unit , including cost for a plumber. Etty Sherman on the HOA said she would take care of this unit. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED COPY HER SUMMARY OF PAYMENTS, EXCLUDING UNIT #5. We believe David Cohen, is an opportunist and go after innocent companies to make a quick buck. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED ALL PICTURES TAKEN IN THIS UNIT OF BEFORE ANYTHING WAS PERFORMED. YOU CAN TELL BY THE PICTURES THIS UNIT HAS BEEN IN BAD CONDITION FOR SOME TIME.

  • David Cohen, continues to harass our company. The claims he is making are false and his HOA president has advised us to ignore him. Every time Mr. Cohen calls me, he screams, yells and curse and then hangs up. He does not try to communicate like an adult. Per his last childish phone call, he's not suing because we did not do the work, but because we told him we'll be happy to go to court and good luck. It's unfortunate, that we have to encounter such people, with so much time on their hands.
