Claimant says:
"had transmission rebuilt 10 months ago . transmission started having trouble . took the vehicle back ( still under warrenty ) shop owner refused to honor warrenty and claimed that the fluids in trainee were changed. after acusing of that he took the vehicle back for repairs and claims that they sent the fluids to a lab . results came back and that the fluid was the proper fluid that was in transmission. but they don't understand why the fluids were brown / burnt. finally got vehicle back after a couple of weeks . week later transmission is leaking bad . transmission falling off of bell housing / missing bolts / bolts in cross threaded very poor work . took vehicle back again . picked up vehicle the next day barely made it home . transmission won't go into to park and transmission is worst. called the shop and explained the problem owner said thats the way vehicle came in to the shop... don't know what are my options ? file a claim with the courts?"
