Claimant says:
"On Monday, June 24, 2013, I called AAA for towing services for my 2001 Acura. I explained that the car could not be driven and needed to be put on a flatbed. When the driver arrived, he mentioned that due to the size and position of the tow truck he would have to push my vehicle out of the garage and onto the tow truck.

At that moment, I called my mechanic who clearly could hear that the AAA driver was having difficulty and instructed me repeatedly through speakerphone, "Do not let him drive that vehicle" due to the concern of incurring additional damage to the car.

Despite the instruction from me and my mechanic, the driver proceeded to drive the vehicle to load it onto the flatbed thus causing a loud sound. Within those same few moments of the AAA driver driving my vehicle, I noticed the front passenger tire being inverted and called out for the driver to stop! Immediately my mechanic yelled out "Oh my God, that sounds like the front axle!". The AAA driver confirmed that indeed the front axle is now broken and that he would also have to remove the newly inverted front passenger tire in a last ditch effort to load my car onto the flatbed.

After roughly forty minutes later, I told the driver I was going to the restroom. When I returned, the driver had already taken off with my vehicle, leaving behind NO receipt and NO apology. My mechanic called me upon AAA's arrival and said he would need the vehicle for a few days as there had been extensive damage to my vehicle."
