Respondent's Counteroffer Hide
Message from Abbott Construction General Contractor: This claim is completely unfounded. Abbot Construction did everything possible to straighten out the Code Compliance issues with Palm Beach County. When all were resolved except some paperwork that Ms. Sharar was to provide I submitted an invoice which was never paid. The amounts state above are absurd and Abbot has long since written off the bad debt associated with this individual and property.
