Claimant says:
"Listed my time share at Bonnet Creek in Orlando, FL on June 11, 2012. Approx. the lst of Sept I was notified that my 10 vacation weeks had been rented. All was needed was 2500.00 wired to RS Direct to cover the taxes I would owe on my rental profits. This amount was to be wired to Bank of America ACC# 898053583728 with a routing number of 2600593. Needed to complete sale by 9/12/2012. The address was 100 N. Tyron Street, Charlotte, NC 28255. They listed their corporate office address as 672 N. Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL 32807 which is the address of Access Travel Network. Access Travel is the only company aware of our listing and we feel someone inside their business stood to profit be scaming some of their clients. I talked to Access Travel Network and they admitted other people have been scamed as well,, Asked for help on recovering my 2500.00 and have heard nothing since I called the end of September. Have called several times since and have not had my calls returned.. In itially talked to Mary B (not sure of the spelling of her last name.
In addition to this scam I still have my time share at Bonnett Creek listed for 10 vacation weeks since June 11, 2012. There is suppousded to be a graranteed rent of the time share in less than 180 days. We already have surpassed 125 days and not one response in anyone interested in renting our unit. Keep in mind Bonnett Creek is the #l time share in America and I gave them upfront 1490.00 to get results back in June, 2012. Very difficult to ever communicate with anyone responsible. Been waiting for severy days on my last information call rgarding our rental. POOOOOOOR customer service."
