"AMY Fisher

I have been trying since the onset last week June 9 th when i realized changes needed to be made from what you had filed with the Sec of State office. The change is necessary to fill the needs for me to have authority and to control the company. This could easily be done for a small fee and little time since you are only blocks away from the downtown SOS building. However you have not responded to do this. after numerous requests and pleas.... by email and text. unanswered.
You did not fully disclose initially all the facts , and were misinformed about some information to the process to change the manager. All in all this has been a frustrating experience to have you in charge and rely on you as the Registered Agent for my LLC to do a Montana Title for my vehicle.
You have put me at risk as i can't get proper insurance the way it is to drive. Your not responding is leaving this unresolved. and having to go to outside help and more delays and time spent..which should have been a quick & easy with you willing to do your job.correctly. But you are not.!!
I don't even understand WHY you would treat me rudely as a client and cause this trouble. . an error that could easily be changed on the documents but VERY IMPORTANT. I want your resignation...since i can not trust you.. because of this.. and now it will cost me more to find another agent and redo documents and title differently. You have heard this before Amy Fisher and i know you are aware and doing this on purpose. I have given you an address verified as good by the Sec. of State Office one of the things i brought to you attention you said was not acceptable needed to be a Montana address...i also said i would pay the Amendment Fee. The LLC you formed is insuficient to my needs and protection and of limited use or no use the way it was done. That is why the change is necessary. It appears you are just being malicious."

  • This woman is completely crazy. She has refused to provide montana address for new registered agent. I paid to remove myself as her manager. Nancy is the manager of LLC and I have nothing to do with it any longer
