Claimant says:
"The item (wig) is not at all like the picture advertised (style, quality or color). I have contacted the company via email several times requesting a refund (as they have a refund policy, if customer is not satisfied). Instead of refunding my money, they keep offering me alternatives, which I have adamantly refused to accept, stating that I only want a refund. I have sent 6 emails requesting a refund. They have stopped answering my emails, nor do they answer the phone number they have listed on their website. The area code, 323, is a California code, but from the research I have done, I think they are in China."

  • I paid $118.99 for a (shotty) wig, that looks absolutely nothing like the online representation. After many ignored requests for a refund, they are now offering me a $40 refund "Suddenly"some "undisclosed" fees are being deducted, plus I have to pay for shipping!! They are now adding "insult to injury!!" I am afraid if I return the merchandise, they will not refund my full amount. They are displaying shady business practice... I purchased their product in good faith, based on their online presentation of the merchandise. The product is not what was represented and I want A FULL REFUND!!
