Claimant says:
"I hired them to fix some leaks on roof. One place they said needed to be fixed made the roof leak leaving a water stain on the ceiling. The contract reads he will come back out 2x free of charge. I've left messages. He called me back once and said he would be back out to fix and I have not heard anything from him. I told him the water is dripping on the floor in the house and I would like him to come back out before the next rain. He said he would and I haven't heard back or seen him. My son looked at the roof and said there was a clean straight cut made with some type of blade where it is leaking. Any good business man would honor his contract. I would not recomend this contractor to do any type of work for anyone. I feel I was scammed out of $2100.00. I'm too easy to trust the word of people, but will not trust them to do work for me again. I will get someone else to fix it."
