"The faucet in the shower was running. Repairmen came and said they would look for a part. After 1 hour they came back and said my faucet didn't exist and I needed a new one. The price went from 375.00 to 675.00 . They replaced the faucet by cutting a hole in the bathroom wall. I told them to leave the broken one with me as it was under a year old and still under warranty. They left and took the part with them. I called the office no less than 6 times asking for the part to be returned to me with no satisfaction. When I asked for the manager or owner he spoke abusively to me and said they left it at my home. They did not leave it and I cannot contact the maker without it. I am now left with a 744.00 bill and a hole in my wall. The broken faucet was made by Delta, don't tell me it doesn't exsist. I want my faucel back it belongs to me."

  • As I have told you before we do not have the faucet. This faucet was faulty and non working. There is no reason for us to have or hold on to a broken faulty faucet honestly if we had it we would return it. Truthfully we did not take the faucet from your premises. With that being said there is no way to return the faucet that we do not have. We apologize if you felt we treated you rudely as we do not treat our customer that way. It is All Week goal to make all of our customer happy and satisfied.
