Claimant says:
"I am a senior citizen that left a Sharp CD Radio & Casstte player for repairs at 2201 Vance Jackson, SAT 78213, on Jan 1, 2012. I was told several times that the parts were on back order.

If recent times via telephone, recieved message that the telephone number was disconected. Visited the bisiness location and discovered the place locked and no sign of relocation nor where to call.

Could you please help?

  • We tried to call everyone that had units in our shop so that this kind of thing would not happen and I am very sorry. We ordered 3- audio Outputs from 3 different companys and one company was able to respond. we changed the part and it blew out after 30min. of playing so than we ordered a complete audio Output circuit witch was on B.O and we dought it will become availiable. We gave you an Estimate of $141.21 minus the $40.00 anaylisis fee the unit is not worth $350.00. I found the same unit for $125.00 on EBay
    Our company had been in business for 56 years and the closing was a major
    heart breaking experience. I'm sorry about your Mimi componet systm and if you would like for me to order this unit for you I would be glad to do so.
    I am sorry for the problems.. Is your phone number 210-875-8726? if so I personally left messages on this and we did not recieve a call back.
