Claimant says:
"I only ordered the one emerald ring and you sent a sapphire also, that made the bill 70.00, not 19.99 as your advertisement flyer said. The letter said I had 10 days to decide to keep one or both, so I sent the sapphire ring back to the address from which it was mailed, Also the packaging was flimsy to say the least. I received a letter saying I owed 70.00 So I called your office and explained to the man what I did, and told him to check with shipping again, and he said he would. now you send another letter months later saying you want to put me in collections. I think that is rotten and dirty from the get go to send 2 offers instead of the one. I am an honest person and I did not need 2 of the same rings. so I sent it back."
