Claimant's opinion: I spoke with Jessica at Amiclubwear on 6/17/2011 @ 7:30 pm PST & she did not pay attention to a word I said, she was very insensative, she said she doesn't care how I feel. I have not received my entire order 885369 along with the brown boots they said were on back order, but they were not, yet the brown boots came in the next day. Jessica told me via phone that a new order with my size came in, but they already refunded my money to my Pay-Pal Account. I did not ask them to refund my money & AmiClub Wear sent an e-mail saying, "They will send out the Brown Boots as soon as another shipment came in." I asked them to send them out immediately because they would not work with me in the Coupon Matter and for the FACT this item was not on BACKORDER when I pressed the PAYMENT BUTTON. I also told them since they have been rude and refuse to work with me on the coupon deal, after they send me the Brown Boots I would never shop, nor; recommend anyone to buy from them ever, because of the way they treated me. So, for that reason they spitefully did not send out my Brown Boots & sent the money back to my account. It shows in my PURCHASE HISTORY that they did send out the Brown Boots at the same time AmiClub Wear sent out the other items I purchased. I purchased 6 items from them & on the site it said to put in AMISHIPPED to receive FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50.00. I truly forgot & at the last moment I realized what I forgot to do. I tried to contact them immediately via phone, no one was there to answer the phone I only got a recording & you could not leave a message, so I e-mailed them. When I received a reply back whoever writes an email does not apply their name (I have several messages & not 1 time did anyone apply their name) I asked them if they would work with me as a 1st time customer just this once in either applying the COUPON/CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE SHIPPING COST & I WOULD USE IT ON ANOTHER PURCHASE. They flat out refused & was very NASTY ABOUT IT. They said they sent out everything except a pair of brown boots. They said this item was on BACKORDER when I made my purchase. That was not true... This item was not on BACK ORDER WHEN I PUSHED THE BUTTON TO PAY FOR MY ORDER because when I tried to put some items in my cart to purchase...at that moment it would indicate that either the item was no longer available or the item is on BACK ORDER & that did not happen, so they LIED!!! Jessica told me at the time it was on back order, the e-mail I received with the receipt in my email said they would ship it out when some more came in. Now instead of doing that... they did not keep their word & refunded the money for the boots to my Pay-Pal Account. I told Jessica that the email did not say they would refund my money that they would send out my boots when they got somemore in. I spoke with Amiclubwear (Jessica)on 6/15/2011 & advised I was advised on 6/17/2011 that Amiclubwear received another shipmemnt of the brown boots in. I told Jessica, "what they did was wrong"! I told them in my email I just wanted the items I ordered & I was going to cut ties with them forever, for the fact everyone there are NASTY & RUDE INDIVIDUALS, so they decided to be spiteful & now I don't get the brown boots & I haven't received any of the items which I paid for, I would like the entire order & brown boots sent out to me at their cost. They need to refund my money ASAP or I will have to press charges for THEFT. It is not my fault for their mistake & them wanting to be Nasty due to the fact I said I would not shop there nor recommend anyone to shop there if asked, because of the way they've been treating me. This was a gift for my wife for our Anniversary. My wife & myself have been waiting too long. I e-mailed them to make AmiClub Wear aware of the fact I have & had not received my order & showed them that they are claiming in my ORDER HISTORY they shipped out the Brown Boots with the Order 885369, but AmiClub Wear said they put a (0) by the item to show the item was not shipped & it is on BACKORDER. As you can plainly see there is a (1) and SHIPPED by all the items. Once again...they LIED! Please help me to settle this matter. I would like my order sent to for the one reason that is most important to me... which is my wife wanted these items for an Anniversary Gift. AmiClub Wear is refusing to do any of the above. Well, if you would have read my e-mail carefully. I do understand your policy. What I asked was would u pls apply the Coupon for FREE SHIPPING, BCS I 4-GOT 2 apply it at the last minute. I pushed the button & then I realized I forgot to put it in (AMISHIPPED). Since I am a 1st time buyer & apparently your company must be doing fabously well & do not care if you loose customers and will do nothing to keep your customers. This will be my only order & nothing else. I am also spreading the word about how I've been treated by your company. I tried calling this company with 3 different numbers including the one listed below and all there is, is a recording saying if you've reached this message we are closed do to a holiday, try back during regular company hours which is M-F 10 am to 5 pm. This # & including another one on your site is disconnected. This is a horrible company, how sad you won't even offer a credit of what you charged me for shipping on a one time basis.
