"My daughter & I were not given the correct information about the hair follicle test. So much hair was taken from daughter. As we attempted to find out why the results did not give us the information specifically as we were told, our calls were avoided. Finally, the owner answers the phone I was told I was a liar. My daughter was violated twice now."
