Claimant says:
"We purchased a vacation package for our daughter on April 13, 2015. This package was priced at $l99.00. Our daughter decided she didn't want the package so we tried to call them and extend the package for another year. We get the answering machine saying they are either away from their desk or with another customer. We went to Branson for our anniversary and the mail lady that delivers their mail said they went out of business. There hadn't been anyone there for about 3-4 weeks. We have tried and tried to call them and can't get anyone to answer the phone. How can anyone make reservations if they don't answer the phone? The year isn't up yet. We would gladly pay them a small amount if they would extend the package. We called our credit card company and they said it has been too long for them to do anything about this. Can you help? Thanks, Robert and Joan Beedle"

We have called and called and you won't answer. We were just in Branson last week and the mail lady said you hadn't been there for several weeks.   • How can I become part of this suit?  I paid $110.11 for a vacation package in Branson.  I have called to schedule our trip, all I get is answering machine and no one has returned my call.
