Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Several months ago I was taken into the emergency rm an was diagnosed with ammonia an a serious case of C.O.P.D I was to be on oxygen and 4 breathing treatments a day my ins paid for the hospital and Apria Healthcare took my credit card for in home equipment I told them my ins would pay they insisted and was to i'll to continue I was still recovering from major back surgery that together rendered me unable to work .From day 1 Apria billed my card for full pop never used Ins .So I found it cheaper to buy my own,so I did an called them they told me to get a note from my doctor I faxed one out that day from doc office it took them nearly 2 months to pick up the unit and continued to charge my account even after they picked up the unit I did not have,we have been going back n forth for months with no results even after many many calls n promises .Today they called and told my wife I owe them $457 on top of the 600 they already took,Then said they would look into it 12 call 12 lines of bs no result just a disabled man being ripped off.
Please help me I just cant afford $ and abuse....

Much gratefulness
