"Qn the 7/24/2014 this consumer Paul J. Caceres Sr. purchased a dining room set for $3829.53 from Ashley furniture store in Cherry Hill, NJ. On three occasions, the china cabinet was returned due to defects. These defects were not caused by the haulers. These defects were manufactures problem. Furthermore, the furniture store should have inspected the items they sell prior to delivery. The third and last time they delivered another china cabinet, was worst than the first two. I received a call from the general manager an she stated that there wasn't anything wrong with china cabinet. In other words, she was calling me a liar. I pointed out the defects to the haulers and they took pictures of each defect. On the 8 /28/2014, another hauler picked up all the furniture because I refuse to go through two more months without having a place for my family to sit and have a place to eat. The manager agreed to send me the monies that I had invested, but I believe I should be compensated for two months that I've been waiting. I gave away my dining room set the day before my first delivery from Ashley, and now we have no furniture whatsoever. My house is a mess and my wife is in a verge of having a nerves break down. If you think that as a consumer I have a legal complaint. Please let me know. The name of the last haulers to pick up the china and took pictures was.
