"Attorney Matthew Tornincasa through Shendell and Pollock aided and abetted a forged Will 11 days before trial. Attorney Kenneth Pollock used corruption to win a probate litigation case by comparing two Wills as identical when they are not for the sole purpose to disinherit a disabled person. There were only two direct heirs from my grandfather's estate with assets in excess of 50+ Million dollars. Zylo Marshall received nothing on the basis of elder abuse by Lois Haymes on her father, Allan Haymes and lack of mental capacity by Allan Haymes when signing his Will."

  • Zylo Marshall also wanted to add in his claim that he has lost 5 years of work due to the corruption and fraud by Attorney Matthew Tornincasa and Kenneth Pollock. Zylo wants to add another $250,000 in punitive damages due to loss of work.

  • Zylo Marshall, the disabled petitioner, is working diligently to disbar and indict Attorney Matthew Tornincasa for aiding and abetting forged Will to disinherit Zylo Marshall. Zylo Marshall is also working to disbar and indict Attorney Kenneth Pollock, one of the partners at Shendell and Pollock, for disinheriting a disabled person on the basis of corruption by comparing two unidentical Wills as identical on a summary judgement to dismiss the case. nformation here

  • if in fact there was fraud, bring it to the attention of the attorney general office , Bar assoc board of ethics, and file as civil lawsuit. do not allow crocked attorneys to practice law.
