MR. Van Sikle came to my shop with the problem of his HID lights blinking. They were installed at Pro sound in Federal way WA.We asked why he did not go back and he said he Felt Ripped off by them at pro sound...So we added a relay pack. he left and then called back saying the lights were still blinking. so we had him come back and added 2 capacitors to the lights. but problem was still there. I Dan Liberato told him that we would have to do more work to resolve the problems. Also He forgot to tell me that the lights only blinked when the lights were in the auto position.so with more info I thought I could get to the root of the problem but he said he had a appointment and would have to go and come back later. he did not come back so my guy Dino called him to reschedule.HE then said the lights did not work at all and he yelled at Dino on the phone and hung up on him. I never asked for more money. he never asked for a refund.we were doing our best to solve his problems.I could have replaced the whole system as well but was only trying to work with what he had to save him money.My labor rate is $100.00 an hour. I have over 2 hours into his car and still was willing to do more but he chose to hang up on us.This is not fare to us as we did not get the chance to fix the problem correctly. he did have to come back but we told him we were trying to fix a problem we never had with our HID units. if MR van sikle thinks I like wasting my time and his on this stuff he is wrong. I wanted to fix the problem as fast and cheaply as we could. we were trying to make him a customer for life not an enemy.I am sorry for his problems but we were honestly trying hard to fix his and we failed. If MR. Van Sikle calls and asks me for a refund for the $94.12 I collected then I can say that would be far.also did MR van sikle start a claim against pro sound as well. thank you. MR van Sikle has not contacted us about his problems. we have tried to take care of this but if he dose not call we can not take care of him. going this rout was not called for. as I said I would take care of him with the bill but he must contact us to do so. just need all parts used to be returned. We were really trying to solve his issues. He went some were else and got problem solved at his choice and expense. I can take care of what I did and only what I did. if he dose not contact us by the end of the day today 1/25/2014 then all offers are off the table as we at sounds on wheels did nothing wrong...this site seams a lot like a shack down as you never asked for my side of things untill you sent a letter stating that we had until 1/26/2014 to respond or you would go puplic with this complaint.I have respunded twice but MR VAN SIKLE has not. how do I fix that.
sorry but I will not pay for repairs I did not no anything about or give my ok on. no one gives people a blank check on such items. also where is the invoice for said work. you have not sent me a copy. or is it unfair to ask for proof.? also what about were you bought the HIDs and who installed the lights in the first place.? are you trying to get your money from them as well. they didnt get them to work right...again all I can do is take care of what I collected from you.
