Claimant says:
"I was offered a free item. I was in agreement to pay postage, and fell into a rip-off. I did not agree to a free trial. On my November bank statement, I was charged postage two times.
One was for $1.93, and one for $1.02. This was posted 10/21/13.

On 11/04/13, there was a charge for $97.88 to Facial 888-5862329 888-5862329 CA.
I called my bank, and asked about the charge, and she ask me if I had received anymore, and I said, no.
She told me not to accept any more, and then on, December 10 another package was in my mailbox. I did not see anything about a membership, but I called and was told I had one. I told them to cancel my membership.

I called the company and talked with one of the agents, and she was very rude, and would not let me even talk. She would talk over me.

What can I do to resolve this? I have to return this box before Dec. 31, to get my money back on the second shipment. I will not accept it and return to Sender."
