Claimant says:
"sick aunt. I have never borrowed that much money from a bank but they told me about all the benefits of it if I did.
It also says on their website that there 20000 bonus points after making 1000 dollars purchases within the first 90 days of the account opening. All of this was being promised to customers like me and I cannot avail all my rewards anymore because of the circumstances
that was not my fault, that I did not get alerts on that my account is going to be closed.
I did not close my account. They repeatedly accused me of doing it and then they told me there was lack of information. This was the first time I am hearing this information that if you do not submit information, the bank has the authority to close the account. I was never informed of this either. should have right from the very beginning when I was signing up for the card.
I pleaded to both the agent and his manager but they did not want to help me.
I indeed I did not submit my address information to them, then how did I received my credit card. I did not move and I have the same address.
Please help me. I feel that I was taken advantage of and while I am paying for the remaining
of the balance in my card, I still feel Im being taken advantage of. Because I could no longer get the rewards they have promised me. I felt that I have been fraud. And I feel that
I am helpless against this big bank.
