"I bought a Fifth Wheel Camper and it was finances with Bank of the West. After several payment they started charging late fees. Only one was late and my wife wrote a double check and they charged it to interest. They charged us 19 time for late fees but the Bank Statement shows they were paid on time. This bank needs to be brought before the Banking commission"
