Claimant says:
"I received a brochure via mail suggesting I use BankonIP to find prospective businesses to manufacture my patent. I called this company and Andrew Niehues assured my that my patent was marketable. I sent the company $4000 and then (5) 200 checks to meet the bill of $6000. When I called Andrew Niehues there was absolutely no response. He sent me some poorly written example of what he would send businesses for my patent. He never responded to my calls or emails. I asked for a list of these businesses that would be interested in my patent and of course, no response.
He now sends me emails asking me for $1900 even though I only owe $1000. He never acknowledged the (5) 200 checks.
I am a fool to trust this business. I would be glad if you could do anything at all for me."
