Claimant says:
"I was their tenant in a shopping center they owned till August, 2016 and sold it to another company called Kimco. Beatty management were to repair my building for a new tenant and closed my business for from feb 1 to July 21 in 2016 and promised me that they will pay $150 per day, which they paid for April and May only and the remainder of 56 days they did not pay plus They forced me to pay the rent for 1 months rent ($1100 approximately). Total still owe me $9500. Please help to resolve this issue"

  • Do you have documentation? Do you have copies of payments for the two months, which would substantiate the expectation of payment for the other months? Were the repairs expected to take that long?

    I don't understand the comment about being forced to pay a month's rent - that sounds like the month for August?
