Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a laptop with my income tax money i knew nothing about lonovo but the sales person steered us  towards the Lenovo G50-45 i had it in the box for about 5 months then i used it a few times but it  seemed to always continue to update. my cell phone is quicker to get to the internet so i  it down then when i did go to use it again in feb. it worked for the day but when i went to turn it on the next day there was no life at all it was sent back under warrany ... it was the Motherboard... when it was returned the guy in the geek squad told me that since my warranty was expiring soon i probably didnt need to worry since there is an additional extended warranty on the parts they fix and the  motherboard is pretty much the whole computer. i got it back 2/14/17.  the original warranty was not up til april 17/17 and the montherboard went out as soon as i went to turn it on again to use it after i got it back from the last repair...this is a DEFECTIVE COMPUTER... I asked for a new computer not repaired they would not give me one now they won't fix it unless I pay for it cause it was 2 days out of warranty but i was under  the impression the motherboard would be covered. they want $152.00  I WANT JUSTICE."
