Claimant says:
"Beverly owes me money she borrowed for a Dec. 2010 Cruise to Jamaica with a mutual friend. The money was to be paid back within one month but interest terms were agreed upon if it was over one month. Total due is $345.63 including the interest agreed upon. No payment has been made. For 12 months I sent the detailed invoice with updated interest charges via emails, Facebook messages and/or phone messages with only one response:
via Facebook message from Beverly on Sept 27 2011: "I will be out for about 3 days, then back in town. Of course I intend to pay, so apologies..."

I am filing this claim now as another attempt to complete our agreement. The time and effort I put in to resolve this is overwhelming so I am reaching out for help."

  • I have continued to send updated charges to Beverly and have not had any response from her. Last contact was 8/07/12. Charges to that date with interest per our agreement total $556.62. No resolution to date 12/13/12.
