"I TOOK AM AUTO TO A DIAGNOIS CENTER BECAUSE MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND WAS TOLD IT WAS MY TORT CONVERTA. SOME ONE TOLD ME ABOUT BILL'S TRANSMISSION. I WENT THERE AND HE TOLD ME THE VERY SAME THING AND SAID THAT THE WORK TO BE DONE WAS BETWEEN THE MOTOR AND THE TRANSMISSSION. SO HE AGREED TO DO THE JOB FOR $750.00. I AGREED. HE KEPT THE CAR FOR 3 DAYS HE CALLED TO SAY I COULD COME AND GET IT. I DID AND THREE DAYS LATER THE MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON. I CALLED HIM AND HE TOLD ME TO COME BRING IT BACK AND HE TOLD ME HIS WORK WAS GRANTEED. I CARRIED THE CAR BACK AND HE KEPT MY CAR FOR 2WKS. AFTER CALLIN AND CALLING ABOUT MY AUTO HE SAID I COULD COME AND GET ME CAR HE WOULD CALL ME WHEN HE COULD GET BACK TO THE JOB . I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED. HE HAS NOT RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS AND MY ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON. I LEFT MANY MANY MESSAGES AND TO THIS DAY HE HAS NOT GOTTEN IN TOUCH WITH ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW BUT I GAVE THAT MAN $750.00 I AM A SENIOR AND I AM ON A FIXED INCOME. PLEASE HELP ME. THE CORRECT NAME OF THE BUSINESS IS BILL'S TRANSMISSION. I PAID HIM $200.00 WHEN I TOOK MY AUTO TO HIM. WHEN I PICK UP MY AUTO I GAVE HIM THE BALANCE OF $250.00 MAKING A TOTAL OF $750.00. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
