"My parents are in their 80's and on October 31, 2011 Blue Cross and Blue Shield was suppose to send a file to First National Bank In Huntsville,Texas to debit their account. They did for my mother but not for my dad. They live with me now. I am their daughter and I found out that they were not paying my dad's bills. I called First National Bank, 936 295 5701, and they explained to me Blue Cross did not send the file for my Dad. Blue Cross will not reinstate my dad. We have mailed them a certified letter. They said my dad has Alzheimers and refuse to reinstate him. Can you please help my dad."

  • I know you have received this claim that I have filed. This is your mistake not sending the file to First National Bank. This is negligence. This is going public after the 2nd. People need to know how you treat the elderly. The baby boom are now in their latter years and have the right to know how you treat the elderly.
