Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased two bottles of Light Blue Perfume. My account was charged immediately for 92.15. I never received my items. Only received unanswered emails and phone calls. They have made no attempt to rectify the situation. I have reported them to the BBB and ICF for internet fraud. I want my money back."

  • Thank you for your suggestion...I have kept up with it with the BBB, and I do intend to file criminal as well as civil charges against them. I contacted the internet fraud bureau, and they, I guess have closed their site down because it no longer exists.

    To Angelena....I waited two months before filing a claim. I can't go to Yonkers, because I live in Texas. I did "google earth" their address, and it is a small corner building in a strip mall with no signs and the blinds are drawn. As far as my claim, it wouldn't matter if I asked for $1 or $1 million, I'll never receive a dime. They are long gone with my money and a lot of others as well. They stole from me. I have spent HOURS trying to contact them, filing complaints, etc. If you had ever had any dealings with them, you would understand my anger and frustration. But thank you for your suggestions about stopping by! It's just not possible for me.

  • I personally just think you're asking for way to much money just for a $92.15 perfume. Did you try going to the store located in Yonkers? How long after your estimated delivery date did you noticed you did not received your items?

  • Unfortunately, it seems that this is a common complaint with this particular company. The BBB has several complaints filed against the company for the same reason. Because this is a consumer complaint issue, you should contact both your state’s Attorney General’s office and the state of NY’s Attorney General. Because it appears the business is no longer functioning but has not refunded money spent on products it did not ship, the company could potentially face criminal and civil penalties. Be sure to keep in contact with the BBB so that you can know what is going on with your complaint as well as others in regards to the company.
