Claimant says:
"10-25-11 I purchased a 2000 Cadillac Catera on June 11,2011. The car had just been brought in and was told was owned by a little old lady w/ 48,545m. I had to take the car in on 6-27-11 car wouldn't start was totally dead. They did a spin balance on all 4 wheels and tires. aligned front and wheel suspension.7-2-2011 wouldn't shift right couldn;t get into gears then a/c, radio shifting were all going hay wire. 7-25-11 car wouldn't start took to advanced auto parts to show them the battery levels were bad. they replaced battery. 8-10-11 I also had trouble w/ the car not wanting to shift right again it had caused me to have an accident,dent in front of car because of the shifting and kept wanting to go into super speed. They replaced a sensor on the roll multi-point insp. report. It says fault switch is out out of a isuzu transmission. All of theseimes had to had someone to follow me to get a ride to and from. 8/30/11 took in again not starting charged battery radio turnes off will not come back on till you turn car off then on. Gave a car rental they had car for about three weeks. Took car in again for not starting 9/9/11,replaced or looked at shift solenoid,selector switch,neutral"
