Claimant says:
"Due to the concerns with COVID-19, we are canceling a Senior Trip for our daughter, Sydney Franks, with Breakaway Beach. In addition, we have grave concerns with the company and their "chaperones" based on multiple complaints. We purchased trip insurance but they are denying our request for reimbursement as our reason is not "valid". They have $2000 of our money, are not honoring our agreement and making this extremely difficult on our family. Our daughter also suffered 2 concussions over the past year and travel is extremely challenging. We entered into this agreement in GOOD FAITH and feel they are just doing whatever possible to ensure they keep our money during a time of international Pandemic."
