Claimant says:
"I have been trying to get my home loan remodified. I have been misled so many times by so many different people its so frustrating. I can never speak to the same person they are either in Dallas, Texas, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. There are no direct lines to try and speak with the same people. Why is it that when my loan was modified when Vericrest owned the loan i never had any problems..And according to team leader Brandon they are the same company just changed there names. Brandon's ID#24084 out of Dallas, Texas. What I owe on my house is not what the comps in my area of houses are going for. I owe $126k and houses are going for $60-70k in my area. Please can someone please help me here. I dont know what else to do, all we do is fax over information and never get call backs or messages left on my voice mail.
