Claimant says:
"On December 26th 2012, I had a incident at the Carl's Jr. Drive thru in Grass Valley. The lady who was handing me my drinks put five drinks in a drink carrier that only holds four. As she was giving me my drinks, she let go and quickly closed the drive thru window. She clearly knew I didn't have full control of it and seemed like she purposely did it as if it was a accident.
One of the large drinks fell and completely saturated the inside of my car door, the floor and myself. The manager said she couldn't do anything about it and the lady that did it was rude. My car security/lock system is fried. And my driver side speaker is broken."

  • I am the owner of the Carl's Jr. Restaurant in Grass Valley and I just received this claim from Carl Karcher Enterprises today. I read the complaint and I will need either a copy of the repairs or an estimate of the repairs needed to include with our report to our Insurance Carrier. Please forward all invoices or estimates to Grass Valley Connection, Inc. 2280 Grass Valley Hwy. #302, Auburn, CA 95603

  • If the manager at the location you patronized wasn’t of any assistance for you, perhaps either the franchise owner or the corporate headquarters could be. Perhaps a certified letter addressed to both parties indicating what occurred and your complaint could bring some attention to your particular dispute and help parties who have more decision making authority to take a closer look at your claim.
