"I hired them to resolve a ticket issued in Hammond Indiana for me I had court on the 4th of February I've called them numerous times find out what the resolution of the ticket was and I get put on hold for the voicemail back to call me back once so maybe a couple days before I would hear from them about the ticket well that's two days ago and today is Monday the 8th called them 4 times can spoke to a girl named Stephanie she told me the person I was looking forward by the name of Jackie is available and it went to voicemail again I still have not sure what the resolution of the ticket was."
