Claimant says:
"I have had phone service for a very long time with Century Link. My husband
passed away in 2010 and I took over paying monthly bills to Century Link, MSN, and
AOL.com. About 3 months ago I found I had been charged for dial-up service with MSN for all those months.I have never used the msn.com for my internet; always AOL.com. I move
from MN to AZ during the winter months and when I do, I put my Century Link phone
service on HOLD in MN which both parties ignored. When I took over paying the bill for Century Link I had no idea that I was paying for the extra service for the internet with MSN. All this time I have been paying AOL.com which I have used since I starting using the computer, plus supposedly MSN.com which I have NEVER used. Both MSN and Century Link tell me that the other one controls the money. I am getting nowhere! I'm hoping you can resolve the problem. Thank you. Faye Hawkinson, 567 S.
