Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I am writing to notify you of the problems I am experiencing with my (CHEVY CORVETTE 2022
2DR CPE STINGR 1G1YB2D49N5117200) and the request that you correct this problem within (30) days of your receipt of this letter.

I purchased my vehicle from (BERT OGDEN 400 E EXPRESSWAY 83 MISSION TX.
• (956) 704-9544)) I purchased my vehicle 03/05/2022 and I started to have trouble with it in October 1, 2022 6 month after I purchased my vehicle I went to a party which it was 3 miles away from my house I got there I parked it and like 4 hours later I was ready to go. The car won’t start and was giving me a check transmission message. At the time was 11,766 miles and it will not turn on at all? We tried everything possible on my end. I had to call a tow truck to come pick up the car and take it to the dealership. I have full coverage and I’m getting 0 help from the dealership. Since Oct 1st till March 8 my car has been in and out of the dealership because when I take it, their only solution is jump starting the car and they call me that it’s ready. When in fact they never fix the issue. My car has been towed to the dealership 7 times to TWO different dealerships and they cannot find the problem. To make it worse, they do not lend me a loner or a rental, because they say the car is working because it turns on at the dealership. Keep in mind that as soon as I take it home and drive it for about 10 minutes. It leaves me stranded again and again. I’m tired of taking the car, the dealership is just telling me that it’s ready when they don’t fix anything. I don’t know what to do anymore, I have been car-less for about 6 months and am still paying that very expensive car and the dealership just has it parked without knowing what’s wrong with it. I’ve spoke to managers and salesman and they have no clue what to tell me because every time its ready, it just fails me right away and I need to call a tow every time.

Right now it’s there, because if I bring it home is going to happened again, every time I drove it, it let me everywhere I told them to drive it and they told me they are not allow to drive the vehicles. So my vehicle is there since February 15 2023 last time I brought it home 10 miles away from my house I parked outside my house 3 hours later I wanted to use it, it won’t turn on, only the head lights, the dashboard lights after that I couldn’t turn the lights off. It wouldn’t do anything, I left it like that until the battery died. I called the tow truck and is in the dealership since that day.
The problem substantially repairs the value of my vehicle. Therefore, if you or the dealer are unable to correct this problem. I will expect you to replace or purchase the vehicle pursuant to chapter 2301 Subchapter M of the Texas Occupations code Annotated.
Please contact me on receipt this letter at the above address email (xxx removed to private message area) to arrange a mutually convenience date and time for you to have an opportunity to inspect my vehicle and make any necessary repairs."
