Claimant says:
"They were supposed to fix my credit or settle my debts. I signed a contract to pay them in a year which I have fully paid. They have been charging me a $50.00 monthly maintenance fee to resolve the issues with my creditors. It is now 2 years later and the debts have still not been resolved, nor have they sent me any information to indicate that any work has been done to resolve these issues. I finally sent them a fax and email terminating my relationship with them, yet they still harass me for the $50.00 maintenance fee. Not only do they not deserve the attorney fees which was over 4200.00. They don't deserve the maintenance fees that they were charging. I still have they same debt from when I initially hired them. I should be awarded a return of the money I paid them for services not rendered. I have made an appointment with a real lawyer and looked up information on the FTC website."
