Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I paid one year into the program for them to settle my debts. It was suppose to be a 46 month program. They settled my lowest debt credit card. I found myself in court without any assistance. I requested they make arrangements with two of my creditors and they would not. Instead I was told I should have filed bankruptcy and not joined this program. What a scam. I paid almost $230 to them monthly for their services and the rest remaining out of my $481.20 payment was to be used to settle my debts. I feel they need to reimbursement since their advice at the end of my cancellation was different that what it was in the beginning of my program when I started. I found myself in court and threatened to be in court several times afterwards because of their advice not to answer credit collection calls.

I know that I was stupid to have ever joined this. Since then I have had to make arrangements with my creditors and I am paying dearly now. It is my belief that the money I paid into this scam should be reimbursed at a percentage of their success rate. Meaning one debt settled out of 7 debts that was to be resolved.

We contacted you on Septebmer 5, 2012 and made an offer to reimburse you but we have not heard back from you regarding that offer. We are unable to resolve this matter until we hear back from you. We look forward to hearing from you soon so we can resolve your concerns as quickly as possible. Thank you.
