"Took a loan from Crest Financial to purchase a t.v.in order to process the loan they told me I had to make an initial payment which is stated in the contract. The are now saying that the $40 is not part of my payment"

  • At Crest Financial, we provide families with no credit needed leasing options through selected retail partnerships. Customers select merchandise from their local retailer; Crest Financial pays the retailer for the merchandise; and the customer leases the merchandise from Crest Financial.
    The initial payment is a payment to carry the customer from the time they take the merchandise home until the time of their first payment. This is explained in the lease agreement the customer electronically signed. Item 2 of the lease agreement explains that the initial payment is separate from all other lease payment. Because this lease agreement is a legally binding document, we will not be able to offer any discounts or refunds not listed in that agreement.
    We have attached the lease agreement for reference.
