Claimant says:
"Around 8pm on 5/21/14 in a Crown Chicken restaurant at 1519 Fulton Street in Brooklyn New York 11216. I tried to order food. I did not want to pay before my food was ready because I was afraid that my order will have a problem. So he denied me service and brag about how he denied over 3,000 people a year for not wanting to pay first. I then told him I will pay first and he said we have alot of your order but not for you. I show him over 100 dollars in small bills to show him I have enough for the veggie burger I wanted that cost about $4.00. He refused to sell it to me and told me to leave the store."

  • we use to drop order with out takeing money. ppl give us order never come back for it. It was like 10-15 order a day. Now we have a sign on the window Please pay first to cashier. When you came you said to the worker iam not paying first for the order he said we dont drop the order with out paying. Then you left the store.after 30 min you came back you said give me the order then I will cancel it when it is ready. He tell you we dont have vegi burger for you. You tell him i will catch you out side and beat you and use bad words to him. I have evrything on the video. When McDonald Popeyes subway KFC golden crust windy White Castle take money first when i take the money for the food that is cooking for you only what is the problem. We will give you food you have to say sorry to the worker and respect him and the costomars and my store. There is 2 to 4 gangs that comes to my store and pee in the store spit on my face spit on the glass punch the glass throw garbage in to the store pushing my costomers i have there videos with me and I have police compline they disrespect my costomers i dont give food to them. if they come nicely and said sorry we will give food to them.evryone have to pay first to cashier for the food that is going to be cook for them and Busines is not force.

  • I have your video you tell the worker that you will hit him when you see him out side.we have the proof. And you have to apologize from the worker. And you have to pay first before we cook that frozen food. We have fried chicken ready you don't have to pay first. Anything that cooks for you you have to pay.
