"Fraud! Doud Wargo advertised Cat skid steer 246 that before new engine was installed the skid steer performed as it should! When I got the skid steer nothing worked as it should! Got skid steer running engine leaks oil all over from a lot of places! The skid steer should have been sold as parts only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
