Claimant says:
"i made an appointmet to look at and test drive a truck,,,when i got there the truck was not ready and i had to wait about 45 min, for the truck to be brought to the front,,,the truck was filthy with several things wrong with the truck,,,the truck add on the internet said truck was a "creampuff",,,i made it perfectly clear,,,more the once,,,that i would be using my truck as down payment/trade in,,,salesman ignored that and figured note with no trade in,,, was going to take my truck for nothing,,,would not deal on price,,,very next day truck price reduced 600.00 dollars,,,i was lied to,,, tried to run a scam on me,,,when i told them i was no longer going to purchase the truck they would not give my keys back,,,i asked several times nicely,,,kept getting the run around,,,after about 45 min. of that i got angry and demanded my keys back so i could leave,,,i was then threatened with physical violence,,,i had to threaten to call the police to get my keys back just so i could leave,,,they strung me along for allmost 4 hours,,,i had an appointment"
