  • I'm really interested to read and understand this complaint, but for some reason I can't link correctly to the right case - I keep getting to something about Bank of America and I don't think that's it.

Can you cut and paste some documents OR just add a summary of the problem? Are you talking about your drivers' license and being prevented from renewing it because of some kind of bureaucratic nonsense?

  • The officers, lawyers, and judges who participated in illegal resets on disposed cases are as guilty as the defendants Department of Public Safety. They allowed this to happen. There were compliance officers that knew the name was incorrect in the Department of Public Safety system in 2013 through 2015 that did not correct the problem. As a result, the defendants created thousands of dollars of losses for the Plaintiff who complained about these issues for over seven years. The Dallas County lawyers should have been disbarred and the officers should have lost their badges for the fraud. The defendants utilized a completely different name on a State Identification card which did not match the Social Security card at all causing complete loss of identity and further losses in the areas of insurance (health and car), tax returns, housing and credit. How stupid do you have to be to not have fired these men and women in your departments for their participation in FRAUD.
